Terms & Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must give accurate information when you sign up, including your date of birth.
• You may only have an account if you haven't previously been permanently removed from Eye Palace.
• You must follow the law that applies to you when using the site.

You're responsible for your account and everything that happens on it. Keep your password secure and don't share it. Tell us straight away at eyepalacesupport@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed your account. Don't impersonate anyone else or create accounts for someone else without their permission.

You can deactivate your account at any time and restore it by signing back in, or permanently delete it from Settings, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You own the posts, photos, videos, messages and other content you share on Eye Palace. By sharing it, you give Eye Palace a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to host, store, copy, display and distribute it only as needed to run the service — for example, to show your post to the people your privacy settings allow. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others have already re-shared it or we need to keep it for safety or legal reasons.

Only share content you have the right to share. You're responsible for what you post, and you confirm it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

To keep Eye Palace a good place to be, you must not post, send or stream anything that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
• involves anyone under 18 in sexual or exploitative content in any way;
• shows nudity or sexual activity, or is sexually explicit;
• harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone, or is hateful toward people based on who they are;
• promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm or dangerous acts;
• shares someone's private information or intimate images without their consent;
• infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
• is spam, a scam, misleading, or an attempt to collect other people's passwords or personal details.

You also must not:

• try to access accounts, data or parts of the site you're not allowed to;
• interfere with, overload or disrupt Eye Palace, or get around its security or limits;
• scrape or collect information about members using automated means without our permission;
• use Eye Palace to send unsolicited advertising.

To go live you need at least five friends on Eye Palace and must agree to the On Air safety rules shown before each broadcast. You're responsible for everything in your stream, including other people who appear in it — make sure they have agreed to be shown. Live shows may be recorded to your drafts so you can choose whether to post them. Breaking the community rules while live can lead to your show being ended and to a suspension.

You can report posts, comments, profiles, groups and messages, and block other members. The Eye Palace team reviews reports. If you break these terms we may remove content, limit features, suspend your account for a period of time (for example 3, 7, 14, 30 or 90 days), or permanently remove it. While suspended, you can still browse, message and use your own page, but you can't go live or post and comment elsewhere. If you think we've made a mistake, contact us through the Help page.

Eye Palace is free to use. In return, we may show ads, including ads served by Google AdSense, alongside content on the site. Your choices about advertising cookies are explained in our Cookie Policy. We're not responsible for the products or services advertised by third parties.

Eye Palace contains content posted by members and may contain links to other websites. We don't control and aren't responsible for that content or those sites, and their appearance on Eye Palace isn't an endorsement. See our Disclaimer.

We're always improving Eye Palace, so features may change, be added or be removed. We may occasionally need to pause the site for maintenance. We may update these terms; if we make significant changes we'll let members know on Eye Palace, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.

Eye Palace is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Eye Palace isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of data or content, or for the conduct of other members or third parties. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.
